To get better sleep, beat stress, and wake up feeling refreshed and reinvigorated, you can invest in a good quality mattress, pillows, and other beddings. Make sure that you also rid your room of electronic gadgets or other distractions. Keep a regular bedtime schedule, consider using sleep-inducing machines, or use blackout curtains to help you fall asleep better.
